• Device Information: Device type, operating system, IP address, and app usage data.

1.2 For Salons - Salon Owner App

• Business Information: Salon name, owner’s name, email, phone number, salon address, and services offered.
• Portfolio Data: Photos uploaded to showcase salon work.
• Operational Data: Working hours, availability, and booking history.
• Communication Data: Push notification tokens, used to send booking and queue updates.
• Device Information: Device type, operating system, IP address, and app usage data.

1.3 For Both Apps

• Crash and Diagnostic Data: When an app crashes or hits an error, we collect a crash report (device model, operating system and app version, where in the app the error happened, and your account ID — not your name, phone number or email) through Google Firebase Crashlytics, only to find and fix problems.

We use your information for the following purposes:

2.2 For Salon Owners:

• With Customers: Salon availability, portfolio, and services are visible to app users.

• User Data: Retained as long as you maintain an account or use the app. Deleted upon request or account deactivation.
• Salon Data: Retained for operational purposes or until account termination.
