Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Salons mobile applications: Salons - User App (for customers) and Salons - Salon Owner App (for business owners), together with any related services (collectively, the "Apps"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Apps.

2.1 For Users:

• Discover salons and service providers, browse their services, prices, portfolios, and reviews.
• Book an appointment in advance, or join a live walk-in queue at salons that offer one.
• Receive push notifications for booking confirmations, reminders, and status updates.

2.2 For Salon Owners:

• Create a business profile listing your salon, services, prices, hours, and portfolio.
• Manage scheduled bookings and, where enabled, a live walk-in queue.
• Receive push notifications for new bookings and schedule changes.

Salons does not itself provide hair, beauty, or wellness services. We operate a platform that connects users with independent salons and service providers.

• The Apps are not intended for users under the age of 13.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when creating an account, and for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

• A booking is an arrangement directly between you and the salon. You can view, reschedule, or cancel a booking from the Appointments tab.
• Some salons set a minimum notice period for cancellations or rescheduling, shown on the booking screen. Failing to meet it may be treated as a no-show by that salon.
• A walk-in queue reflects a salon’s own live status. Salons does not guarantee wait times or that a spot in the queue will remain available.
• Salons is not a party to the agreement between you and the salon for the service itself, and is not responsible for a salon honoring, delivering, or being available for a booking.

Browsing salons and booking appointments through the Apps is free. Payment for services is made directly to the salon — Salons does not process or hold payment for services booked through the Apps, and is not responsible for pricing, refunds, or payment disputes between you and a salon.

• You are responsible for the accuracy of your salon profile, including services, prices, hours, availability, and any photos or portfolio content you upload.
• You must only upload photos and content you own or have permission to use.
• You are responsible for fulfilling bookings and managing your queue and availability accurately and in good faith.

When using the Apps, you agree not to:

• Make fraudulent, abusive, or repeated fake bookings or queue entries.
• Post false, misleading, or defamatory information, including in reviews or a salon profile.
• Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Apps or their underlying systems.
• Use the Apps for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

Ratings and reviews are tied to completed visits. Reviews must reflect your own genuine experience. By submitting a review or other content, you grant Salons a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it within the Apps.

The Apps, including their design, branding, and underlying software, are owned by Salons or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Apps except as this use permits.

The Apps are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Salons is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Apps, a booking, or a salon’s services. This does not limit any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Apps and request deletion of your account at any time, as described in our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Apps will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Israel.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be notified via the Apps or email. Continued use of the Apps after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
